Fri, 5th Jun 2009  The leading India based domain registration and reselling company, namely ResellerClub.com went offline yesterday
for hours. ResellerClub has a very strong market share, with companies like IndiaTimes.com as there resellers.
ResellerClub is a product of DirectI.com. A large number of domain registration companies in India reseller for
resellerclub.com, a company which has been known for a having a lot of bugs in there software causing there systems to jam every now and then. Not opening of resellerclub website is a common phenomenon these days, but yesterday on 4th of June, 2009 the website went offline completely, resellers were not able to access there accounts, not able to register domains for customers, even the contact numbers of resellerclub did not responsded.
The domain registration and reselling industry attracts a global audience, but most of the resellers of this company are Indians, the reason for that is the poor infrastructure and service of resellerclub which does not meets global standards. How can we expect a company to fulfil our online needs, from a company that can not maintain uptime for there own parent website and primary product?  |
